I'm currently out-of-network with all insurance plans. That means you pay directly for sessions, and I provide a superbill — an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement isn't guaranteed and depends on your specific plan, but many PPO plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health care.
