Meet Nora Osman, our Intern

 
Ms. Osman is a Mental Health Counseling student at Manhattan College, with over a year of hands-on experience in adolescent counseling and crisis intervention.

Trained at a practicum internship at I.S 93Q in Queens, she honed her skills in cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy working to enhance patients’ self-esteem and emotional regulation.
Her approach not only addresses immediate behavioral crises but also promotes long-term emotional well-being through innovative counseling techniques and empathy building—skills that align perfectly with virtual counseling services.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Writing, and Psychology from New York City College of Technology of The City University of New York.

Her current research focuses on the impact that exercise has on mental health. Ms. Osman is also bilingual and speaks English and Arabic.
